Acceptable Use Policy
Purpose
ntunn provides publicly reachable URLs. That reach can be abused, so this policy defines what may not be served or done through the Service. It is part of the Terms of Service; violations may lead to immediate tunnel suspension or account termination.
Illegal and harmful activity
No content or activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours, including fraud, phishing, identity theft, malware or command-and-control distribution, and exploitation of minors — ever, in any form.
Deception
No phishing or impersonation: do not use tunnels to mimic login pages, brands, or services you do not own, or to harvest credentials or personal data under false pretenses.
Abuse of infrastructure
No probing, scanning, or attacking third-party systems through the Service; no denial-of-service activity; no circumventing rate limits, plan limits, or access controls; no reselling or sharing of tunnel access to third parties without our written consent.
Spam and bulk messaging
No sending or facilitating unsolicited bulk email, messages, or requests through the Service.
Content restrictions
No content that is defamatory, incites violence, or violates intellectual-property rights you do not hold. Adult content must be legal and must not be publicly indexed through random subdomains.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the security of the services you expose. A tunnel makes your local service public — restrict it with the access controls provided (IP allowlists, basic auth) when it is not meant for the general public, and close tunnels you no longer need.
Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend tunnels or accounts without prior notice where necessary to protect the Service or third parties. To report abuse of a ntunn tunnel, email legal@ntunn.com with the URL and a description; we review every report.
