Terms of Service
The agreement
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ntunn, operated by MakeWithPaul ("ntunn", "we", "us") governing your use of the ntunn tunneling service at ntunn.com and *.tunnel.ntunn.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.
The Service
ntunn lets you expose a service on your own machine or network to the public internet through a temporary or named public URL, with TLS termination, request inspection, and replay. You are responsible for the services you expose and the content served through your tunnels.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and keys. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
Plans and payment
The Service is currently offered under a launch promotion: the Basic plan is free and includes 20 online endpoints during the promotion (5 after it ends). Paid tiers (Pro, Max) are shown for reference and are not yet on sale. When paid plans open, prices, billing terms, and renewal conditions will be presented before any charge, and early users will keep their free allowance as described at signup. We may change plan limits with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service only lawfully and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate tunnels or accounts that violate it — immediately where required to protect the Service, other users, or third parties.
Your content and traffic
You retain all rights to the content you serve through the Service. You grant us the limited right to transmit, route, and (where inspection is enabled) transiently store request data solely to operate the Service for you.
Availability
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis without a service-level agreement. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may modify or discontinue features with notice where practical.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, non-payment (once paid plans exist), or risk to the Service. Upon termination your tunnels close and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NTUNN IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD 50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are announced by email or a dashboard notice before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
